Salary: £36,900 – £56,500 depending on skills and experience + annual bonus

You will support the commercial aspects of sales opportunities which will include a review of contract commercial terms of sales opportunities working closely with the sales and legal teams. You will have a key role in developing a robust and rigorous contracts control environment and be called upon to work with key stakeholders across the business.
This is a wide commercial role which will require the successful candidate to juggle the demands of several stakeholders at once and engage at a senior level. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a wider team towards a common output and business goals.
Your Skills and Experience
You will have extensive experience of commercial contract management and preferably a legal background or training. You will have experience of business analysis and negotiations in a commercial environment and preferably knowledge of the Telecoms industry.
You will possess effective communication and negotiation skills and be flexible and pragmatic. As this role will require an element of travel, you should be prepared to travel and will possess a full clean driving licence.
The Enterprise Division comprises four companies: Contracting, Rail, Telecoms and Utilities.
