Disbursement Log Assistant – Central Services

Fixed Term


We’re seeking a Disbursement Log Assistant to join our team in Liverpool and support with the smooth running of our disbursement log process, on a 3 months fixed-term contract.


  1. Responsible to: Liverpool Cashiering Team Leader
  2. Liaison with: Contact and liaison with all internal and external clients

Main Duties:

  1. To assist in logging all incoming (professional) invoices on 3e.
  2. Scan and e-mail all logged invoices to legal advisors.
  3. To assist in obtaining file reference’s for all unidentified invoices
  4. Process daily cheque production
  5. To assist in reviewing supplier ledgers
  6. To assist in reviewing matter ledgers
  7. Possess good inter-personal skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of meeting targets and deadlines;
  8. To have a flexible approach to working hours;
  9. To be detail oriented with significant emphasis on quality of work.
  10. Ensure at all times that general administration duties are kept up to date are in line with operational standards e.g. filing
