We are currently looking for someone to join our Managed Services team to head up Legal Service Delivery & Transformation within our Manchester office.
Are you? – what we are looking for
Are you interested in joining an international legal business and transforming the way in which we deliver managed services to our clients globally? Do you have experience of working with Operations Directors to improve service delivery and profitability through the implementation of legal technology solutions and internal process improvements?
The ability to understand and analyse client requirements is essential, as is the ability to design and deliver new ways of working that leverage growing legal technology capabilities including robotic process automation and artificial intelligence. You will have experience of testing and implementing new technologies, designing governance and operational metrics, and managing relationships with legal technology solution providers. Experience of contributing to legal technology pricing strategies will ensure we utilise technology to get best value.
Legal project management skills and experience of supporting large scale legal transformation programmes will enable you to drive change across Managed Services. This includes developing process driven legal services, training programmes, and resourcing models to maximise client value. Previous experience in developing legal operating models, imbedded with quality control and metrics is essential.
We are also interested in someone who has experience running managed service operations and delivering internal service lines across multiple locations. You should be an experienced communicator, and able to liaise directly with clients during delivery of services.
If this sounds like you then we’d like to hear from you.
We’re offering you the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced team where you will have the support of your colleagues as well as autonomy over your area of expertise. We also offer an open office and pleasant working environment.
