We are seeking a Trainer to join our IT Training Team and work closely with our Partners, Legal Advisors, and Central Services colleagues to provide comprehensive IT technical skills development training programs and interventions.
You will operate as one of the key IT Learning and Development contacts, for Information Technology Skills, providing comprehensive IT learning and development support resulting from on boarding of existing and new technologies to all DWF employees in Australia
You will work alongside a team of IT Trainers and will deliver face-to-face and remote training on IT systems both nationwide and internationally. You will help to measure and evaluate the impact of IT learning and development activities with creative evaluation approaches, manage, co-ordinate and support the delivery of Technical Skill development training programmes and interventions utilising in-house specialists and external providers where appropriate, design and deliver a range of structured and ad hoc training solutions and provide advice and guidance to Partners, line managers and individuals within Practice Groups/Departments focusing on the development of IT skills to enable optimum use of firm’s bespoke software systems.
