DWF Law LLP is looking for an IT Supplier Administrator to join our business support services to maintain and develop IT Supplier Administration processes, lead the improvement and general development of the IT supplier administration, and ensure compliance with DWF standards. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams within Central Services to deliver a consistent level of service and represent the IT Operations team in all areas


We are keen to hear from candidates who share our values of team work and client focus. A similar background in a professional services environment would be ideal. Prior experience is preferred but we are also interested in someone who can manage and develop IT Supplier Administration process, raise PO for all IT kit and projects. In this role you will be required to:-


  • Order IT Kit with the correct approval process
  • Reconcile Invoices for IT for payment into the Finance team
  • Manage supplier renewal dates
  • Manage & Build relationship with key suppliers
  • Deal with supplier queries and resolving supplier account problems



Skills/Knowledge Required:


A working knowledge of some or all of the following:-

Microsoft Operating Systems

Microsoft Office 2003 – 2010

Knowledge of creating a workflow process
