Legal Consultancy Analyst – Managed Services

For DWF’s high profile Managed Services Team, we are seeking to recruit a Legal Consultancy Analyst to be based in our Manchester office to support the development of new products, services and work types being transitioned into Managed Services operations, utilising legal technology in order to deliver market leading solutions.

 

You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of products transitioned into Managed Services and supporting the ongoing adherence to operational processes to ensure successful delivery.

 

You will be learning from industry leading experts in a friendly and committed working environment and get involved in a variety of tasks such as:-

 

 

  • Supporting the development of an evolving suite of products, services and work types across the full breadth of Managed Services Operations
  • Working with the legal Consultancy Manager to ensure a consistent approach is taken to the transformation framework, encompassing evaluation criteria for areas suitable for transformation, through to the development and transition of structured work types into Managed Services delivery
  • Supporting the creation, packaging and maintenance of products, services and work types delivered by Managed Services, for both internal positioned services and external services to clients. Working with subject matter experts to develop and implement the appropriate governance, quality mechanisms and training before work is transitioned
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of work types transferred into Managed Services, through process optimisation, capability mapping and the integration of legal technology, to create a process driven and efficiently led service delivery model
  • Supporting the ongoing product development lifecycle, ensuring work types being delivered are up to date and meeting client expectations
  • Production of marketing materials to promote the use of Managed Services throughout the firm and externally to drive the usage of products and work types delivered by Managed Services
  • Support the Senior Legal Delivery Manager to ensure that all products, services and work types are adequately resourced. Implement and monitor a robust induction and training programme to ensure that the Managed Services Delivery team have the skills required, ensuring that skills matrixes and training are centrally tracked and maintained
  • Support the Senior Legal Delivery Manager to ensure adherence to operational processes critical to the continued success of the service.

  • Experience of developing products and services within a legal operations environment
  • Experience of working across the product development lifecycle
  • An understanding of project management and process mapping
  • Ability to translate client outcomes into tangible deliverables
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, ensuring beneficial outcomes for all parties
  • Ability to identify risks and issues, and put mitigating actions in place
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels within an organisation
