About the Role

Base Location: Griffin Windfarm (Perthshire) or Hadyard Hill Windfarm (Ayrshire)

Salary: £39,415 – £45,136 depending on experience+ car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As Resource Manager, youll manage a team of Maintenance Technicians, delivering work that is resourced effectively in line with the annual programme, ensuring excellent customer service performance and value is delivered by self, team and contract partners, to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Some of your main accountabilities will include:

– Ensuring everyone gets home safe through the demonstration and application of the Safety Family Values.

– Undertaking all line manager responsibilities including SHE, welfare, paperwork and reporting compliance, capability, performance management, TOIL management, holidays, training, authorisations, and permit to drive; being informed and fully conversant with the current workforces state if questioned.

– Developing, coaching, motivating, and empowering all staff to deliver and perform to their full potential within a positive but challenging environment which encourages people to succeed and excel.

– Working with fleet services to ensure that all vehicles are compliant and are scheduled in for all maintenance and repairs as required.

– Building the annual tooling budget in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring that any specialist tooling required for projects is captured and managing the budget throughout the year effectively.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

– Previous people management experience with a demonstrable background leading and motivating small teams in a target driven environment that delivers projects and programmes.

– The ability and knowledge to engage at all levels and instil a high performing culture.

– Relevant operational experience & knowledge from within safety critical operational environment.

– Strong safety values.

– Flexibility and willingness to travel.
