Within SSE’s Enterprise Telecoms business we’re looking for a Coordinator to support the team dealing with radio site sharing sites.
In this varied role you’ll manage requests for developing radio sites on SSE land. You’ll liaise with Land Agents and Solicitors to progress these arrangements and you’ll also process applications submitted by us to share on a third-party site.
You’ll manage the contractual relationship for sites, process licence renewals, deal with contract reviews and will also be involved in negotiating leases in order to minimise site sharing costs for SSE.
You’ll manage site access requests, arranging supervision and processing invoices relating to this. You’ll resolve landowner queries and will also review electricity usage on sites.
You’ll also deal with a variety of payments required for Ofcom and landowners throughout the year.
Your Skills and Experience
Ideally you will already have experience working within a similar role, maybe for a Telecoms business. You should be familiar with lease/licence agreements and ideally you might have some knowledge of the law surrounding this type of work (e.g Landlord & Tenants Act).
You’ll have excellent communication skills and a background of managing contracts. You’ll be confident in negotiating, using your own initiative to do so and will also demonstrate strong financial skills in order to monitor your work.
