Who We Are
DWF is an award-winning legal business with a strong reputation for excellent client service and effective operational management. There are now over 2,700 people in the DWF Group, based in 26 key commercial centres in the UK and internationally. Our clients range from FTSE 100 multinational household names to private individuals from both the public and private sector. Clients include adidas, Allianz, Aviva, Barclays Bank, DHL, PureScot, RSA, Santander, Serco, Telefonica and Whitbread.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do and are used as a benchmark for many of our strategic decisions, particularly when growing and developing our business. Our commitment to these values also enables us to recruit, retain and develop the highest quality of people who are experts in their fields.
Our purpose is to transform legal services through our people for our clients.
We believe that organisations worldwide can benefit from connected support, services and solutions that go beyond conventions and expectations.
We mean what we say when we tell people we’re a fast paced, global, legal business who do things differently. But we don’t simply claim to be different. We prove it through every detail of our work, across every level of the business.
We share our sector-wide knowledge and technical expertise to create radically better support, services and solutions for our clients. By questioning traditions, making connections and thinking beyond conventions, we achieve outstanding levels of innovation. And by building business relationships that inspire trust and confidence across all levels, we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Career and Talent Development
We encourage all our people to aim higher and to embark on a career path grounded in improvement and innovation. That’s why we set up The DWF Academy – a learning and development initiative designed to enhance and support the career and personal development of our people. Launched in 2014, the academy provides a framework for learning and development for everyone within DWF.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our aim is to embed CSR into the way we do business, based on our fundamental belief that our values matter. They protect our business whilst creating competitive advantage and enable us to attract and retain the best people. To approach CSR in this way helps differentiate our brand to clients, goes a long way towards building stronger long-lasting relationships and is key to driving our business forward in a responsible and sustainable way.
Diversity and Inclusion
Nurturing talent is very important to us. We are committed to equal opportunities in all areas of work and business. We want people to achieve their best, which will positively impact on our clients and communities in which we live and work. At DWF we empower people to be themselves within an inclusive and supportive environment, enabling everyone to achieve their full potential in line with their abilities and career aspirations.

The DWF Foundation
In December 2015, we launched our own charitable foundation with the sole aim of providing funds, resources and support to help our communities to achieve their full potential. The DWF Foundation has so far distributed £12,000 to local charities and raised over £49,000. £131,630.00 to 50 charities. The launch marked a significant step in our journey to develop a culture of contribution. It demonstrates that when we all work together we can make a significant, positive impact on our communities.
The Benefits of Working For Us
We recognise that to attract and retain the best people we need to think beyond salaries. We think about the employment experience as a whole and consider a number of different elements, such as pension, healthcare and additional holiday, which join together to form a total compensation and benefits package.
Awards and Accreditations
We are proud of what we have achieved and the international recognition we’ve received from both clients and industry peers. We have been praised for our delivery of client service excellence, legal expertise as well as our efficient operational management. Thanks to the hard work of our people, we have also received recognition and industry awards for our commitment to making DWF a vibrant, energetic, diverse and inclusive business.
External Partnerships
Our partnerships enable us to form strong relationships and work with like-minded businesses. Investing in maintaining these partnerships helps with our longer term competitive advantage, and makes us a better and more responsible business. It also provides for benchmarking opportunities, allowing us to measure our performance and remain knowledgeable about our industry.
