The role

The Facilities & Front of House Lead will serve as the face of the London BPR office, delivering exceptional Front of House (FOH) and facilities support in a high-profile environment. This role demands a polished professional with a five-star service mindset, capable of operating with discretion, precision, and confidence in the presence of senior executives and the Chairman.

You will

  • Create a welcoming, five-star experience for all guests, with special attention to VIPs and senior leaders, ensuring every detail reflects care and professionalism.
  • Maintain beautifully presented spaces, from reception to executive suites, with a focus on comfort, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Support high-level meetings with thoughtful coordination of room setups, tech, catering, and last-minute needs-always with grace and adaptability.
  • Lead with warmth and discretion, anticipating needs and resolving issues smoothly to support a harmonious workplace.
  • Foster team success, mentoring colleagues and guiding contractors to deliver consistently high standards across facilities and front-of-house services.

You will have

  • Strong customer service and communication skills , Professionalism & Discretion as will be trusted to handle confidential matters with integrity
  • Knowledge of FM systems (e.g. Planon), Microsoft Office, and statutory maintenance.
  • Ability to lead, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing contractors.
  • Meticulous in maintaining high standards across all FOH areas
  • Travel may be required to support other sites during absence or peak periods.
