The role

We are recruiting a Lead Business Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving and embedding change across our complex portfolio of programmes, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and benefits realisation.

You will lead and shape the delivery of business change across multiple high-impact programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and operational colleagues. Your role will be to ensure that people, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver sustainable transformation. As a subject matter expert in Business Change, you will manage the full lifecycle of change-from organisational design and business readiness, through to communication, training, and post-implementation support. You will bring structure, consistency, and empathy to change initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You will

– Lead the design and delivery of business change across multiple transformation programmes, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and technology.

– Develop and embed change management frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive consistent and effective change delivery across the organisation.

– Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice, coaching, and support to build change readiness and adoption.

– Manage change impacts across business units, including communications, training, organisational design, and operational readiness activities.

– Identify risks and resistance to change, developing strategies to ensure successful outcomes and long-term benefits realisation.

You have

– Proven expertise in leading business change across complex transformation programmes, with strong knowledge of organisational design, communication, engagement, training, and business readiness.

– Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership.

– Strong portfolio and project management capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure consistent delivery standards.

– Solid understanding of regulated environments (ideally energy/utilities), including the impact of IT and digital change on operational and field-based teams.

– Resilient, strategic, and people-focused, with a coaching mindset and a passion for delivering sustainable, people-centred change.
