Base Location: Aberdeen or Peterhead (on site-based role)
Salary: £28,072 – £32,605 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
SSEN Transmission Offshore Delivery is currently recruiting for an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our Eastern Green Link 2 Project team based at Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.
You will
– Assist the project teams with general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary and booking travel.
– Greet visitors and new starts on site, such as STEM Groups.
– Support the onsite Project Management Team, coordinating onsite meetings and taking minutes at these meetings.
– Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles
– Other general administration duties.
You have
– Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
– An analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
– Previous experience in an administration role is essential, as are excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
– The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, with a variety of Stakeholders.
– A high regard for safety, of both you and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
