About the Role

Base Location: Inverness, Perth or Aberdeen

Salary: £33,063 – £38,404 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:

– Managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.

– Coordinating and preparing project related meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.

– Supporting the project team to meet Project Governance milestones and deadlines.

– Coordinating all project reporting and presentation packs – making sure these are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.

– Assisting with any additional project specific administration duties.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

– Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.

– You will be highly literate with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to prioritise workload, incorporating demanding deadlines. This includes the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

– Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to problem solve and be able to prioritise and work in the most efficient and collaborative way. This will require excellent communication skills.

– The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.

– Sound understanding and experience of working with multiple software packages and systems.

The role will involve travelling to different sites/offices with the occasional night away. A driving license is essential.
