Salary: £33,500 – £50,300 + Performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Distribution’s Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is crucial in supporting the ‘Transform, Run, and Grow’ investments of the business. This includes managing a portfolio of over £200M with a focus on people, process, organisation, and technology transformation. Your work will involve setting up and establishing the PMO. You will help define, develop and embed new processes and methods to grow our organisational capability.
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you’ll have a chance to influence portfolio management strategy and and develop process to help in the transformation of our organisation.
Influencing skills and collaboration will be key for this role.
