The role

Were looking for a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator to join our team in the Egham office.

You will

  • Oversee all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works
  • Work closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operator
  • Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is transparently and accurately reported
  • Utilise the client’s CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are promptly and accurately logged

You have

  • Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals and effectively coordinate with engineers and managers
  • An understanding of BEMS operations and CAFM systems would be advantageous but not essential
