Salary: £27,134 (OTE £32,000) + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

The SME Direct Telesales Team handles all inbound sales and renewals calls from SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers in both NI and ROI. They also make outbound calls to existing customers. It’s a well-established, successful team working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our commercial customers, capable of handling negotiations in a professional and compliant manner.

You will

  • Handle inbound and make outbound calls to existing commercial customers
  • Close sales and retain existing business customers
  • Create proposals for NI / ROI customers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agree contracts
  • Complete all back-office procedures to ensure sales / retentions are correctly processed

You have

  • Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment
  • A background in sales – B2B beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies
  • The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential
