Salary: £68,100 – £102,100+ car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
Senior Delivery Lead for our Batteries team(s) ensuring delivery on time and budget of all our Energy Market Battery projects. We have a growing portfolio of batteries that need onboarding to our trading and control systems. The role works across a diverse range of technologies in both the IT and OT space and encompasses a diverse range of project delivery methodologies from Waterfall Large Capital Projects for Battery construction to Agile for data science teams optimising trading forecasts.
You will
– Lead an IT & OT Battery team to ensure successful delivery to their full potential
– Ensure Energy Markets Systems are up and running for new Battery assets launching
– Lead product development planning to enhance our digital offering in the Battery space
– Co-ordinate with broad stakeholder and supplier groups (Everything from Large Capital Projects to Control Rooms to IT Development teams)
– Ensure Operational duties are effectively planned and carried out to ensure resilience and operational stability
You have
– Have excellent project management skills (Financial management, RAID, Resource planning etc)
– Be an excellent communicator to a Senior stakeholder level
– Have demonstrable skills in product development
– Strong knowledge of the Energy Sector, preferably in the trading and or renewables batteries
– Demonstrable skills as a leader
